The initials “MCM” are derived from the names of our three founding investors, A. Malachi Mixon III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Invacare Corporation, a publicly-held manufacturer of home healthcare products; F. Joseph Callahan, formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Swagelok Company, a privately-held multinational manufacturer of specialty high-pressure valves and Ernest P. Mansour, Managing Partner, Mansour, Gavin, Gerlack & Manos, Co., L.P.A., one of Cleveland’s most prominent corporate law firms.
