MCM Recapitalizes Dexmet Corporation, STACI Corporation and StyleCraft Home Collections

Cleveland, OH

MCM Capital Partners is pleased to announce we have completed three portfolio company recapitalizations. Dexmet Corp, STACI Corp and StyleCraft Home Collections have generated outstanding financial results providing us the opportunity to repatriate capital to our shareholders. Our management teams have done a tremendous job and we expect the companies’ positive momentum to continue into 2013. The distribution represents 24% of the total capital called for Fund II while maintaining our original equity ownership in each of the businesses. Financing for the recapitalizations were provided by Key Bank and Huntington Capital.

Dexmet Corporation, established in 1942, pioneered a proprietary thin foil expanding process that simultaneously slits and stretches material, creating screen-like meshes. Dexmet’s blue-chip customer base is built upon its reputation as the premier, quality supplier of precision-expanded metals, foils and polymers with exacting mechanical and electrical properties to meet very tight conductivity, weight and dimensional tolerances. Their expanded products are used in the manufacture of batteries, fuel cells, filtration, aerospace, and automotive industries.

STACI Corporation, founded in 1995, provides custom-designed manufacturing and supply chain solutions to mid-sized Original Equipment Manufacturers.
