Mr. Weimann is President of Five Star Technologies, which has patented process technologies used in the development of nano and micro materials. Prior to joining Five Star, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Ceramics Corp., a manufacturer of high-performance ceramics. Under his leadership, the company enjoyed rapid, profitable growth, which led to its sale to General Electric. He is a partner in and Director of other companies, including Thin Battery Technologies and Excera. Mr. Weimann previously held various positions with McKinsey & Company and Raychem Corp., where he worked primarily in industrial sales and marketing. He is a member of the World President's Organization and an alumnus of Leadership Cleveland. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an engineering degree from Lehigh University.
