ProfessionalsDonald DeFosset, Jr.Former President and Chief Executive Officer, Walter Industries (NYSE-WLT) Mr. DeFosset served as President, CEO and Chairman of Walter Industries, a $2-billion publicly-held company with operations in homebuilding, finance, industrial products, metals and natural resources. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Dura Automotive Systems, a $2.6- billion manufacturer of automotive components. Prior to that, Mr. DeFosset spent three years as Corporate Executive Vice President and Truck Group President with Chicago-based Navistar International Corp. and another three years as President of AlliedSignal's Safety Restraint Systems division. He also spent 18 years in a series of executive positions at Rockwell International. Currently, Mr. DeFosset serves on the Board of Directors of Terex Corporation, OMCO Corporation and Safelite Auto Glass. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
